The cost of the event is $1,025 for varsity teams and $ 865 for junior varsity teams. This includes field rental, umpires, insurance and the use of pre-negotiated hotel rates. ALL TEAMS MUST STAY IN "BEACH BASH" HOST HOTELS OR CONDOS (SEE THE LIST HERE) TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT.
Your $500 (non-refundable) deposit will hold a spot for both of your teams, or for your varsity only, and is due September 25th, 2023.

HOW TO ENTER THE EVENT
Coaches should mail their $500 deposit fee by Sep 25th, 2023, and then call to reserve team rooms at the host hotel or condo of their choice. Coaches will need to give the selected hotel or condo their arrival and departure dates and will also need to mail or fax a rooming list to the hotel one month prior to your arrival.
ANY NON-TEAM GUESTS (FAMILY AND FRIENDS, ETC.) MUST MAKE THEIR OWN RESERVATIONS SEPARATE OF TEAM ROOMS AND SECURE THEIR RESERVATIONS WITH A CREDIT CARD AND STATE THEIR AFFILIATIONS WITH THE SOFTBALL BEACH BASH.
